Terms of use

The terms that govern your use of this website. Last updated June 27, 2026.

By using bridgecarebc.ca (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

The content on this site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only when you book and attend an appointment with a BridgeCare BC physician through our secure system. Information here is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Emergencies

BridgeCare does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency—such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or signs of a stroke—call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.

Eligibility & coverage

Telemedicine appointments are available to residents of British Columbia. MSP coverage applies to eligible BC residents with a valid Medical Services Plan card; eligibility is confirmed at the time of booking. Some concerns may require in-person assessment, which your physician will advise.

Use of the site

  • Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it.
  • Don't submit false information through our forms.
  • Don't copy, scrape, or reuse site content without our permission.
