Accessibility

Care should reach everyone—including how you experience this website. Last updated June 27, 2026.

BridgeCare BC is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is part of our mission: removing barriers to care includes removing barriers online.

Our standard

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means:

  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic structure and labels that work with screen readers.
  • Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed or on small screens.
  • Respect for your “reduced motion” preference.

Tell us if something doesn't work

We test as we build, but no site is perfect. If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, please tell us—we'll do our best to fix it and to offer the information you need another way.

Email bridgecarebc@gmail.com or call 604-800-0499. Please include the page and a short description of the issue.
