This policy explains how BridgeCare BC(“we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, bridgecarebc.ca. It is written to reflect British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA. It does not replace any consent or privacy notice you receive within our booking and clinical systems.
Health information is handled separately
We do not collect personal health information through this website. Appointment booking and any health details are handled in our secure, privacy-compliant clinical platform—not on this marketing site. Please don't include medical or personal health details in our general contact form.
What this website collects
- Contact form submissions. When you use our enquiry form, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, and message you provide so we can respond. These are sent to us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms.
- Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-respecting check to confirm you are not a bot.
- Marketing attribution. We store, in your browser, a small record of how you first reached our site (for example, the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link). This contains no personal health information and is used only to understand which channels bring people to BridgeCare.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We may also use cookie-based analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (aggregate heatmaps) — to understand how the site is used. These load only if you accept analytics cookies in our banner; analytics default to denied (Google Consent Mode v2) until you opt in, and you can decline at any time.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to operate this site: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and analytics), Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). These providers process limited information on our behalf. Booking and clinical care are provided through our separate, secure patient system.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
